Magic Brow & COVID-19

Based on recent guidance from federal agencies like the Centers for Disease (CDC) and state and local governing bodies individually owned and operated Magic Brow Locations have begun to reopen.

Magic Brow has always taken hygiene and safety seriously, and in light of the COVID-19 situation we have increased our policies and practices. We are committed to the highest sanitation standards for our guests and employees to ensure the health and safety of all who enter our locations.

Masks are worn by employees at all times, and stations are disinfected thoroughly between customers.

Conditions of Entry

Face masks are required and must be worn while services are provided.

If you do not have a face mask, we will provide you with one.

Use of hand sanitizer is required upon entering.

Appointments Only

Check in online or call to schedule an appointment

Only clients who are receiving services are allowed in the store.

Do not come inside until you are checked in.

Call upon arrival to be let in.

No Children Permitted Inside the Store

Social Distancing

We ask that you stay 6 feet apart from other customers and employees when possible

Face masks are required and must be worn when possible,

if you are getting your upper lip or chin threaded the mask may be removed.

The threader will put on a face shield in addition to their mask for safety.

Screening Questions

Before entering the facility, you must let us know if any of these apply

1. Do you have a fever of over 100?

2. Do you have a cough?

3. Do you have shortness of breath, cough?

4. Do you have a loss of taste or smell?

5. Are you ill, or caring for someone who is ill? 6. In the past 14 days have you been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19?

7. Have you been outside of the United States in the past 14 days?
